Due to the nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

If the returned item does not meet our conditions, the refund may be declined.
